A: My guess is that they are $35 plus fees, since that's the price for tickets in other cities according to Ticketmaster. But they're not on sale yet (post-presale).

I'm going to a White Stripes show in Boston...it's an arena so it's big--and I was wondering what would be a good time to get there? What time would people start to line up? You don't have to buy tickets at the door or anything--I just want a good spot. So I wanted to know how early and how much ahead of time I should try to get there...?

A: As soon as possible I'd say I Love the White Stripes I saw them way back in the day when they first started to come out. It was their first time performing in Seattle and the Yeah Yeah Yeahs opened for them. It was one of the best concerts I've ever been to and I've been going to concerts all my life.

Doing income taxes forced me to clean out my 'important papers' basket... so I've been looking at the envelope with White Stripes tickets in it all week :( (they cancelled their tour dates last fall). Two others ~ (not bad for 36 years of concert-going!) ~ missed Lynyrd Skynyrd while in high school due to illness, and missed Oingo Boingo while the Oakland Firestorm was raging in 1991 because I lived in the 'optional evacuation' zone and just couldn't see leaving everything I owned behind while I headed out to a show ~ wouldn't have been able to enjoy it... OMG, Sparky! I hear ya about the service charges :-P It may slow me down but it doesn't stop me. You're taking me back, notxsoxe... lol ~ I had to sell a boyfriend's Grateful Dead ticket at the gate because he got grounded for rolling his mom's car. I'm so sorry, Ladytron (lol)! A: what stands out to me was the ticket to the supposedly 3-day Bull Island festival in Southern Indiana, in 1971. Back then, everyone was trying to recreate Woodstock. Anyway, was on my way there and I blew a radiator hose, and never got there. Just as well. I would've lost my car (they were towing them off by the hordes), and it was definitely not a good scene, by all accounts. Bad drugs, bands not playing, all the usual junk you saw at that time.

Does anyone know when the White Stripes are coming to Australia and when the tickets go on sale if they're not already sold out?=)

A: won't be in australia in the near future. they just cancelled their entire US tour because Meg's got some anxiety disorder. They do the Big Day Out quite often tho - keep an eye on the band announcements.

I wanna know what the good seats for a White Stripes concert are and how much they cost. I would want two tickets and don't want the best seats that cost a lot but don't want the horrible seats. And I don't want over to have to pay over $350 for two tickets!

A: The best seats are usually front and center of the stage. The price and all depends on your venue. Different venues have different price levels. If you are willing to share the name of the venue then you might get better feedback.

Q: Are the White Stripes going to tour in every state they haven't been to yet?
I heard the rumor that the White Stripes would play shows in every state they haven't been to yet. Is there any truth to that? Should I wait it out or just buy tickets to an announced show? Thanks

A: yup..it's in Rolling Stone. don't be too concerned, they'll be playing in other states as well.

A: honestly, I heard a while back on the radio that they weren't going to be touring anymore. They may end up being a studio band now or something

only those who have seen them in a big concert, not one of the 5 dollar shows they do in clubs. how much did you end up paying for tickets and where was your seat located?

A: my tickets were almost $100 if i remember right. that was a couple of years ago and I was about 6 rows back. but i waited until the night before the show to buy tickets, so you could probably get them cheaper if you buy them sooner.

i have 3 02 wireless festival tickets for london on the whitestripes headlining day, and i dont want them anymore-please dont go on about how i shouldn't of got em, i just turned into a mentalist when i saw WHITE STRIPES at the top of tha page. anyway i dont want them, i cant get refunds cos 02's a dick. i cant sell em on ebay cus nones gonna buy them when thye can buy them perfectly fine from the 02 wireless site still, (yet at the same time ther trying to cut down on touting, wtf?)and by the time the tickets do sell out i wont have time to sell them and send them.and no i cant tout them on the day, im a school pupil-in surrey. argh. sorry, ill greatly appreciate any help thanks.

A: Sell them on the internet or to someone you know at a loss. At least you'll get some of your money back.

Q: What is the most you've ever paid for a concert ticket?
I heard recently that The Rolling Stones are in the record books now for the most successful tour, bring in $485 million. This is because their tickets were god-awfully expensive, so of course their going to make that much. I paid $241 for a ticket to Bonnaroo, but I got to see like 25 artists including The White Stripes, Regina Spektor, Tool, The Flaming Lips, The Police (their first concert in 20 years) so it was well worth the price. I'm just curious as to what people pay nowadays...if it's worth it or if the music industry is gouging us. Oh yeah, and I forgot about the new Led Zeppelin concert where tickets will be thousands of dollars each...ridiculous

A: I paid about $210 for Pink Floyd tickets- worth every dime. I paid about $175 for Rolling Stones tickets- they were in the very last row, right next to the spotlight tech. Everytime he flashed the light on Keith I lifted my arm and did shadow puppets on the stage.

Q: How come Hannah Montana is sold out? What is her Miley Circus about? How come other bands still have tickets?
Is Hannah Montana that good? I only heard the song the best of both worlds and it is ok, no big deal, but I prefer the White Stripes or Linkin Park, How come if her music is just disposable she is sold out in my town???? Or is it that people don't care about her and want to watch the Miley Circus (Hannah Montana and Miley Circus tour) What is that circus about? are there animals there and all of that? Q: HELP!!! FALL OUT BOY CONCERT! I HAVE NO OUTFIT!?
Okay, so im going to a Fall Out Boy concert TOMORROW! My parents ordered the tickets just now, so I have no time to order anything. I'm going to the shopping center tomorrow to buy some makeup and a pair of shoes, but other than that, I have NO IDEA of what to wear! HELP! What jumper should i wear? i have a black one with rainbow smiley face patters, a criminal damage rainbow one (bottom of the sleeves are rainbow, the rest is black with little rainbow skulls) or a black and white criminal damage one (black and white stripes, with white hearts that look like they have been painted on) AND WHAT SHOES WOULD GO WITH THIS? Q: Can I get a handicap van access ticket dismissed. No sign and it was at night.?
I received a parking citation for "Obstructing Handicap Van Access". It's $320 due in a week. Fastest 320 I've ever had to spend in a few minutes. Is there any way to fight this? I went to pickup 2 pizzas, one for me, and one for my brother. He lives at a different apartment complex than me. I just went to drop off his pizza. There wasn't any place to park, it was dark (11pm), and I saw an empty spot right in front of his apartment. I saw handicap signs, NEXT to where I parked, but there was no sign where I parked. I parked there real quick, went up, gave him his pizza, talked for about 5 minutes, then left. The entire thing couldn't have taken more than 5-10 minutes. When I came back, there wasn't a cop in sight, yet a citation was on my car. I shined a flashlight on the ground, and there was the white stripes under where I parked. The stripes were barely visible, I had to flash-light it, and there was no sign where I parked. Can I receive a ticket if there's no sign saying it's for a van handicap access? How would people know? Is there any way to fight this? Thanks. Also, is there any way to see the official fine table? A: There is no handicapped sign posted in the wheelchair access lane. If you know the driving rules you would know that the space between the handicapped signs is not a parking space. You can try to fight it,but it won't get you anywhere. They will expect that you are knowledgeable of the laws. Parking in a handicapped space and blocking the wheelchair access are two separate fines. It is a greater fine when you block access. The last person that parked in the access area in a parking lot beside my car and made it impossible for me to get into my vehicle got a $250.00 fine,that was a few years ago.
