Q: Bullet For My Valentine simliar name to Guns N Roses?
Alright, i love both bands, im not accusing either of them of "ripping off" the other, but i'd just like to know if anyone else thinks the same,
So there's Guns N Roses, and i noticed the similarity with Bullet for my Valentine..
Bullets.. Guns.. Roses.. Valentines..
Does anyone else think that maybe Bullet got their name from borrowing Guns idea or something?
A: I see where ur comin from....good point ..they mighta. In reply to Z3r0....Guns N Roses got their name from Tracii Guns and Axl Rose...who formed the band together with Guns from Tracii and Rose from Axl = Guns N' Roses. but Tracii left the band to form L.A Guns and axl stuck with Guns N' Roses.
Q: How Can Slash (guitar player from Guns N Roses) Still Be OK And Not Have CHD Or Stroke?
I like Slash (guitar player from Guns N Roses) alot but how can the guy still be alive and well with all the drug abuse, drinking of hard liquor, smoking etc.
Hope he stays well and I think he is sober now but he defies nature.
How does he do it?
A: At one point he did have like a pacemaker and his heart rate got accelerated just from being psyched up performing on stage and it started to shock the cr*p out of him.

Who in Guns N Roses sings Mr. Brownstone and the lower voice in Knockin On Heavens door, and like in it's so easy? I think its Axl but it kinda sounds like slash
A: It is Axl in Knockin' On Heaven's Door.
He has two voices.
The high pitched crazy one like in Welcome to the Jungle and the lower one like in this song. I'm pretty sure he sings in Mr. Brownstone as well. Glad to help.
Q: Are you excited that the new Guns 'N' Roses is finally coming out?
I've check the Best Buy web site and they're taking pre-orders, and I went to Guns 'N' Roses official web site and they've posted the title track for streaming. The site also shows a countdown to the release date (Nov. 23, 2008)
I'm excited that the album is going to come out. And to see their official site doing what it's done tells me things are moving more than it was 2 years ago.

I was just wondering if any of you know where i can find the backing track for the guns n roses version of knocking on heavens door, with vocals, it doesn't really matter if it is axl's voice.
A: I believe Axl should be releasing it in about 14 years or so.

A: I love Guns N' Roses. I would recommend Sweet Child O' Mine, Paradise City, Knockin' On Heavens Door, Welcome to the Jungle, Patience, and November Rain. They are GREAT songs.

Q: Do you think Metallica or Guns n Roses are overrated?
i asked another questions that included a few bands including Metallica and Guns n Roses, i realized that a few people told me they were overrated, so i wanted a bigger response on this.
Personally i think their old stuff is better than their new music but i don't think they are completely overrated.
A: I don't think they're all that overrated, but there old music is better than there new stuff, especially with GNR.

A: Axyl Rose was just alltogether to hard to work with (supposodly) but I also think, that after a while it just became assumed they wouldn't ever get it done. I mean the hardest part is definatly the beginging, especially when they take 14 years to put together an album. It probably didn't help that each year it got put off people started to think that it must be getting better and better, thats a lot of pressure.
Well, at least you could have gotten a free Dr. Pepper for it! (To me that's ewww, but whatever...)
