Q: AC/DC Tickets - Where can I get them at a decent price?
Desperately wanted to see them live in London, but tickets sold out in 3 minutes. Ebay and various ticket agencies want over £200 per ticket (face value £45). Should I pay this kind of money or not give in to their greed ?

A: I was in a similar situation 4 weeks ago when i wanted to see Oasis in Liverpool - The agencies wanted 3 times the face value because of the 'very high demand' - after some research I decided that Soho Tickets had a good reputation for selling tickets - with this I gave in bought them - the tickets were not delivered until the same day as the concert but I was confident that they would be delivered - sure enough they were... your choice I guess but is ACDC worth this amount, if so then you might have to pay...

A: Hi Matt Don't be upset, the tickets are sold out. I just went and asked a scalper. He was asking $800 for 2 tickets.

Anyone got a good place? I'm lookin for tickets in St. Louis, but ticketmaster has 3rd level seats for $90, and $130 and more for resold tickets. I'm just looking for a wesbite that doesn't have jacked up ticket prices.

A: $90 is the face value of the ticket. If you don't want to pay that, your best bet is to do a deal with a scalper the night of the show outside the venue.

Q: What Price roughly will the AC DC tickets at wembley be?, or what price were they at the 02?


A: I'm guessing same price as everywhere else... about $90.

Q: How in demand will Atlanta AC/DC tickets be?
Any guesses if they will sell out? and how fast?

A: They're playing Philips Arena, which is the biggest venue in the entire metro area. AC/DC are plenty popular, and tons of people will go, but I don't see them selling out Philips all that quickly, if at all. If you want decent seats, though, I would buy as early as possible...

A: Tickets for the Philly show will be around $95 plus fees for all tickets. The show will sell out fast, but AC/DC will add additional shows in cities that sell out.

Q: Why was the AC/DC tickets so expensive ?
This is not fair to the fans who supported them over the past 30 years buying CD's and concert tickets . Thousands of fans cannot buy tickets because the tour is sold out and too expensive .

A: AC-DC isn't the ones that are doing that. They sign a contract with the venue that they are playing at and agree upon the price that they think tickets should be. Ticketmaster will sell them at that price, but then sell it to an affiliate company such as Ticket Now... Where they then jack up the price more than double and triple. The best example is my home of Vancouver where we sold out in 4 minutes. Anyone who was online the second they went on sale couldn't buy them because Ticketmaster sold them all. Scalping is legal here and that is why. They are going for more than $950 for two for crap seats when you convert the US dollars and add all the services charges and delivery fees. Around $95 service fees per tickets. It's ridiculous.

Q: how quick will AC/DC tickets for Punchestown sell out?
will i have to be waiting at 8am,earlier then that or will the fact that punchestown holds up to 70000 people make a big difference and they'll sell slower?

A: Are the tickets being sold online? If so, get them there, as most venues don't hold thousands of tickets for people who show up in person, meaning both the box office at the venue and the people buying online are all buying from the same pool. If the tickets sell out in 10 minutes then the tickets at the box office sell out in 10 minutes as well, unfortunately. It's a sucky system, unfortunately.

A: Roughly 53 British pounds I still can't believe tickets are the same price whether you are on the main floor or up in the rafters.

A: Have your friends and family help. Make some of them purchase online and make others call Ticketmaster. Be sure to do it right at 10 am as AC/DC tickets have been hot.
