I love both bands but come on with it. "Givin The Dog A Bone" Whole Lotta Rosie" "The Jack" What exactly, is so intellectually stimulating about the lyrics of those songs compared to the lyrics of "Slide It In" "Here I Go Again" "Still Of The Night" Can someone explain to Me exactly how The AC/DC songs are more intelligent or well written than the Whitesnake ones? I feel faint I actually found a band Kingler likes Wonders never cease Yeah War Is Over Ok You got Me there but here's the thing. I had to make it fair and I could also have picked way better Whitesnake lyric songs as well, but most non-Europeans would never have heard them either. A: I suppose that is just ones opinion; I don't happen to agree with it. I think Whitesnake is lyrically superior to AC/DC and I do like both bands very much. Whitesnake has great lyrics if one stops and takes a look at them - songs like: Black And Blue Sailing Ships Bloody Luxury The Deeper The Love Woman Trouble Blues Hole In The Sky I think that is enough an an example to make my point.

I've heard the song before. I'm pretty sure it's them. Had 2 other people say that it was. If that's not the proper title, what is it? I'd like to find this song.

I used to be an ACDC fan and I can not think of any song that is called that or has it in it. Q: Can anybody explain to me what this AC/DC lyric means?
In the beginning of "You Shook Me All Night Long" , it goes "She was a fast machine, she kept the water clean" Is that like an Australian term or something. And before the line about "Knocking me out with those American thighs" what in the world does he say? okay, I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't know what in the world these lyrics mean. A boat, a tornado, clean for lovin, wow that really clears it up. okay I know it's about a girl and doing it and stuff, but what does this motor clean and sightless eyes mean?

A: When you keep the motor clean for a car, it means you take care of it, so it's always ready to go. For a human, the equivalent would be to EAT HEALTHY, go to bed at REASONABLE hours.... To always be on top. NO DRUGS or bs like that..... He's turned on by her thighs, that's all. He could have a thought about having them wrapped around his head too...;-)) but that's implicit. Sightless eyes : she can see through him...she doesn't look at him directly, like she doesn't care for his existence, she's above it all....

A: I like them both but I like Ac/dc more. I always liked the blues style Angus uses and his solos are amazing. Slash is an amazing player too. He has some kickass solos but they both play different styles of music. I guess its whatever type of music you prefer.
